Non-contact Dispensing Technology

PZ-J600 uses piezoelectric technology to spray glue. The dispensing process does not require contact with the product surface. Therefore, whether it is a complex product surface or a dispensing application that requires extremely high position accuracy, PZ-J600 can easily implement it.

Injection glue point error ≤±1%

The maximum operating frequency can reach 1000Hz, and the maximum instantaneous frequency can reach 1500Hz

Can achieve non-contact dispensing with a minimum dot diameter of 0.15mm and a minimum line width of 0.2mm

Strong Fluid Adaptability

Can be matched with various specifications of needles and nozzles to provide precise, repeatable non-contact micro-dispensing for a variety of application requirements.

Needle size 0.5-2.8mm for selection

Nozzle specifications 0.035-0.6mm for selection

Quick disassembly and assembly
