Non-contact Dispensing Technology

PZ-J100-QD uses piezoelectric technology to achieve glue injection. The dispensing process does not require contact with the product surface. Therefore, whether it is a complex product surface or a dispensing application that requires extremely high positional accuracy, PZ-J100-QD can easily implement it.

Excellent Performance

Adaptable viscosity range: 0-50000CPS

Injection glue point error ≤±1%

The maximum operating frequency can reach 1000Hz, and the maximum instantaneous frequency can reach 1500Hz

Can achieve non-contact dispensing with a minimum dot diameter of 0.15mm and a minimum line width of 0.2mm

Strong Fluid Adaptability

Can be matched with various specifications of needles and nozzles to provide precise, repeatable non-contact micro-dispensing for a variety of application requirements.

Needle size 0.5-2.8mm for selection

Nozzle specifications 0.035-0.6mm for selection

Quick disassembly and assembly

The flow channel components can be quickly disassembled and assembled without tools, which greatly shortens the daily cleaning and maintenance time of the valve body and improves production efficiency.
