Non-contact Dispensing Technology

PZ-J100-SP realizes the spraying of glue through piezoelectric technology, supplemented by an atomizing component that introduces high-pressure air, and finally achieves the atomized dispensing effect. The dispensing process does not require contact with the product surface, so whether it is a complex product surface or dispensing applications that require extremely high positional accuracy, PZ-J100-SP can easily implement it.

Excellent Performance

Adaptable viscosity range: 0-50000CPS

The maximum operating frequency can reach 1000Hz, and the maximum instantaneous frequency can reach 1500Hz

Can achieve non-contact spraying with a minimum width of 1.5mm and a maximum width of 10mm

Multiple Dispensing Method Options

For the inner wall spraying and dispensing process, an extended nozzle option is provided, which can go deep into the hole to achieve single-point side spraying or annular spraying
