PZ-J200-D is a piezoelectric injection valve specially used for two-component glue. The product is equipped with a constant temperature refrigeration system, which can complete precise non-contact spray dispensing in the lowest temperature range of -10°C. It is suitable for non-contact dispensing of two-component glue that takes more than 30 minutes curing.

Non-contact Dispensing Technology

PZ-J200 uses piezoelectric technology to spray glue. The dispensing process does not require contact with the product surface. Therefore, whether it is a complex product surface or a dispensing application that requires extremely high positional accuracy, PZ-J200 can easily implement it.
