Non-contact Dispensing Technology

PZ-J500-H achieves adhesive spraying through piezoelectric technology, and the dispensing process does not require contact with the product surface. Therefore, whether it is complex product surfaces or dispensing applications with extremely high positional accuracy requirements, PZ-J500-H can be easily achieved.

Adaptable viscosity range: 0-200000CPS

Injection glue point error ≤±1%

The maximum operating frequency can reach 1000Hz, and the maximum instantaneous frequency can reach 1500Hz

Can achieve non-contact dispensing with a minimum dot diameter of 0.18mm and a minimum line width of 0.2mm


Strong Fluid Adaptability

Can be matched with various specifications of needles and nozzles to provide precise, repeatable non-contact micro-dispensing for a variety of application requirements.

Needle size 0.5-2.8mm for selection

Nozzle specifications 0.035-0.6mm for selection

With 30ml, 50ml, 300ml and other glue barrel heating components in multiple specifications to adapt to different types of glue incoming specifications.
