The DSV-S series screw valve is equipped with two sets of progressive screws, which can realize quantitative delivery and static mixing of two kinds of glue, and is suitable for the dispensing process of two-component glue.

Quantitative Glue Delivery

The screw is based on a progressive structural design and is in close contact with the soft material stator to form a closed cavity. When the screw rotates, the contact surface continues to advance, thereby achieving quantitative glue dispensing.

Options

According to the structural differences between the screw and the stator, the DSV-S series provides three specifications of screw valves for selection.

DSV-S100: Minimum glue amount: 0.005ml, Output: 0.1-6.6ml/min
DSV-S200: Minimum glue amount: 0.01ml, Output: 0.2-12ml/min
DSV-S300: Minimum glue amount: 0.03ml, Output: 0.6-32ml/mi
Quick Maintenance
The valve body has a twist-lock structure, and the static mixing tube can be quickly disassembled and assembled by just snapping and rotating, saving maintenance time.
Valve Body Type

Depending on the size of the dispensing space, a linear two-liquid screw valve can be provided for selection.
