The screw is based on a progressive structural design and is in close contact with the soft material stator to form a closed cavity. When the screw rotates, the contact surface continues to advance, thereby achieving quantitative glue dispensing.

According to different glue volume requirements, the SSV-EP series provides three different specifications (glue output) of screw valves.

• SSV-EP330: Minimum glue amount: 0.002ml,Output: 0.2-3.3ml/min
• SSV-EP450: Minimum glue amount: 0.004ml, Output: 0.5-6.0ml/min
• SSV-EP600: Minimum glue amount: 0.015ml, Output:  1.4-16ml/min

Optional liquid level sensor can monitor the glue residue in real time to avoid insufficient glue residue affecting the dispensing quality.

Depending on the specifications of the incoming materials, the appropriate glue supply method can be selected:
Luer type: When dispensing small amounts of glue, the Luer type can be used with a glue barrel to avoid glue failure caused by long-term use.
Tube-connection type: When dispensing a large amount of glue, a tube-connection type direct-connected large-capacity glue supply device can be selected to avoid frequent replacement of glue and save maintenance time.

For the hot-melt glue dispensing process, a constant-temperature supply heating system can be optionally equipped to achieve heating and constant-temperature keeping of hot-melt glue.

• Valve body heating temperature: 20-200 ℃

• Barrel heating temperature: 20-180 ℃
