SSV200 is a high-precision screw valve developed by Saejong. The product uses a motor to accurately control the screw to rotate at a set angle and speed and cooperates with precise time and pressure control to accurately distribute and deliver liquid. Overview

The SSV200 screw valve is based on the screw feeding principle and uses a motor to drive the screw to rotate, thereby achieving precise and stable glue dispensing.

The forward and reverse rotation of the screw is controllable, and reverse rotation can realize glue sucking back

Strong Fluid Adaptability

SSV200 has three standard screw specifications of 4P, 6P, and 8P to for selection to adapt to differentiated dispensing requirements. At the same time, we provide customized screw design services for dispensing applications that require larger glue volumes.


Cooling Function

When used in fast-curing glue, an electronic refrigeration component can be added to reduce glue activity and extend the curing time through a constant low-temperature environment.

Quick Maintenance

The unique locking structure of SSV200 enables quick replacement of the glue barrel, saving maintenance time and improving production efficiency.
