Overview

The PN-N601/602 pneumatic rotary valve utilizes pressure as the driving force to regulate the opening and closing of the valve through the valve core displacement. Additionally, it is equipped with a high-precision motor and rotating platform, enabling a 360° unrestricted rotation of the valve body for seamless implementation of rotary dispensing processes.

Needle customization

The PN-601 pneumatic rotary valve has been specifically developed for dispensing conductive adhesive. The valve body offers a 360° rotation capability, enhancing uniformity and continuity at the corners of glue path. Additionally, a specially designed needle is provided to meet the requirements of the adhesive line's cross-section.

Water curtain spraying

PN-602A pneumatic rotary valve is specially developed for Conformal Coating spraying. Its special square hole nozzle can realize water curtain type dispensing. At the same time, the valve body can realize 360° free rotation, improving the uniformity and continuity at the corner of the glue paths.

Dispensing method

The PN-602B pneumatic rotary valve has been specifically developed for the contact dispensing application of inner hole side walls, enabling a 360° annular dispensing process on the inner hole side wall.
