Overview

The PN-J200 pneumatic injection valve utilizes controllable high-frequency, high-pressure air to achieve a non-contact injection dispensing process by controlling the drive pin impact nozzle. Additionally, it offers a range of optional accessories to meet diverse dispensing requirements.

Viscosity Range : 0-50000CPS

Dispensing error : ≤ ±3%

The operational frequency can reach up to 300Hz.

The non-contact dispensing system can achieve a minimum point diameter of 0.2mm and a minimum line width of 0.3mm.

Hot Melt Glue Injection Valve

The optional feeding constant temperature heating system is designed to achieve the non-contact spraying process of hot melt adhesive.

Barrel heating temperature：20-180℃

Valve body heating temperature：20-200℃

Spray Valve

The optional atomization system is designed to cater to the spraying process of small areas.

Viscosity Range: 0-5000CPS

Spray Range: 2-17mm

Inner Hole Side Injection Valve

The optional extended nozzle enables insertion spraying, achieving applications such as coating the inner holes of pipelines and molds.

Inner Hole Ring Injection Valve

Optional extended nozzle, to achieve insertion 360 ° ring spraying, to meet the pipeline inner hole, mold internal and other internal surface spraying applications.
