Overview

The SP-N10/20 pneumatic spray valve utilizes air pressure as the driving force, complemented by atomized air, to achieve consistent glue atomization and spraying. Moreover, this valve is equipped with two atomizing air channels that can be flexibly switched between circular and sector spraying patterns.

Adjusting the Amount of Glue

The glue quantity can be conveniently controlled through the adjusting knob on the top of the valve body, allowing for fast calibration.

Atomization Control

The design features a two atomizing airway structure, allowing for independent adjustment of the atomizing pressure and the option to switch between circular or elliptical patterns.

The Glue Cycle

The cavity is equipped with an oil return channel structure, effectively minimizing the risk of nozzle blockage. Simultaneously, the circulation of glue facilitates waste reduction.
